Calm the Chaos Magnesium Lotion, Frankincense

Magnesium plays a vital role in muscle function, relaxation, and nervous system support. When applied topically, Magnesium helps relax muscles, relieve cramps, and support restful sleep.

Ingredients: magnesium brine (distilled water and magnesium chloride flakes), shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, hemp seed oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol, preservative, and essential oil.

Use anytime, day or night. It is a great bedtime routine to simply apply to the bottom of your feet to promote relaxation and peaceful sleep. Magnesium lotion can cause minimal tingling/itching. This feeling will subside and tells you the product is doing as intended. Please be aware not to apply to open wounds or scratches.
