Calm the Chaos Magnesium Lotion, Unscented

Magnesium plays a vital role in muscle function, relaxation, and nervous system support. When applied topically, Magnesium helps relax muscles, relieve cramps, and support restful sleep. 

Because calming the chaos is a full body job and being unhinged is easier when you're well rested!

Ingredients: magnesium brine (distilled water and magnesium chloride flakes), shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, and/or hemp seed oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol, and preservative.

Use anytime, day or night. It is a great bedtime routine to simply apply to the bottom of your feet to promote relaxation and peaceful sleep. Magnesium lotion can cause minimal tingling/itching. This feeling will subside and tells you the product is doing as intended. Please be aware not to apply to open wounds or scratches.
